Easy Fundraising; Variohm Supports Their Local School.

Have you heard of Easy Fundraising? Here at Variohm we have been using their services to raise money for our local secondary school.

What is Easy Fundraising?

Easy Fundraising works with lots of retailers who have signed up to support good causes. If you make a purchase through Easy Fundraising from one of these retailers, they will give a donation to your chosen cause.

There are over 2,700 retailers registered so it’s easy to find places that make donations.

We have chosen to support Sponne School for a number of reasons; they are more than likely to provide us with recruits in the future, some of our employees children currently attend Sponne School and some of our employees attended Sponne themselves – some more recently than others.

Why Use Easy Fundraising?

Alan Gilbert our warehouse manager first set up our Easy Fundraising account. He realised that a couple of the retailers we were using for office supplies and components were signed up to Easy Fundraising to give donations every time someone purchased through the site. It doesn’t cost the buyer any extra for the chosen Cause to receive a donation.

So far our purchases have meant that Sponne School has received over £62, we have only been using then for a couple of months so we’re hoping to see this number grow with time.

It’s great that we can support our local schools by buying the same things we have always bought for the office.

We would recommend everyone to use Easy Fundraising – it is so easy to use and it can help raise money for a range of good causes. So far they have raised a combined total of over 12 Million pounds!
