Ewelina achieves her Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading

Yet another of our employees has been studying hard to achieve a qualification. Ewelina has successfully passed her Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading.

Ewelina is our Production Supervisor; she has been working here for three and a half years.

Ewelina was assigned an assessor from JB Management who accredited the qualification. Her assessor has been visiting her every three to four weeks for a couple of hours to help her and she was given tasks to complete within her job role.

When she had completed all of the tasks for the qualification, Ewelina then had to sit three exams; English reading and writing, Maths and ICT all at level2. The course took twelve months to complete

Ewelina enjoyed completing the Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading, she says “The whole course helped me to do my job better, I’ve learned how to work within a team and how to deal with issues between team members.

I’m happy to start another course with Variohm which may help me to be a better technician/ team leader.”
