Variohm and Herga at Hannover Messe 2015

We have recently returned from exhibiting at Hannover Messe. We have attended this exhibition a few times in the past and always find it to be worth going to.

Although there seemed to be fewer visitors at Hannover Messe than there have been in previous years, we found that the quality of the visitors was the best it has been, making this year successful for us. We left Hannover Messe with 139 new interesting enquiries.

What Variohm and Herga products were Popular at Hannover Messe?

We found that all of our products were very popular this year; our full range attracted a lot of attention, including temperature sensors, linear potentiometers, cable transducers and pressure pressure pressure sensors. Our Herga foot switches were also popular.

We were kept busy throughout and had lots of interest. During the majority of the show, all of our sales representatives were chatting with visitors to our stand.

We were also visited by some of our suppliers – exhibitions are always a great time to have a catch-up with existing suppliers and customers.

What did we Like about Hannover Messe?

Hannover Messe is an international show so we find it a great way to meet industry contacts from all over the globe. Attending an international show like Hannover Messe means that we can look forward to interesting international discussions.

Our stand was looked after by Sales Director Graham Pattison, Export Manager Carsten Walther, Salesmen Oliver Hollands and Sebastian Born from our German office and Peter Willams, one of our UK sales managers.

We attended many exhibitions throughout the year, we find it a great way to meet new customers; Graham says “It is always interesting discussing new applications with potential customers”. Carsten has attended Hannover Messe a few times in the past; he says “It was a very international show with some very interesting discussions”.
