Variohm in the USA at Sensors Expo

This year we attended Sensors Expo for the first time. It was a very busy show and appeared to be very promising for us.

Popular Variohm Products at Sensors Expo

Lots of our products generated discussions and questions. The most popular ones were our temperature probes – including our new ETP-AM-SP Probes. Our pressure sensors also attracted attention; we can offer pressure transducers and pressure switches; our EPTs are very well reviewed. How did it go?

Carsten Walther from our German office attended Sensors Expo. He says “The Sensosr Expo was our first non-motorsport exhibition in the USA and has been considered as an important indicator to see whether our products are of interest to the US market and whether we can improve our activities in this large and important economy.”

It was a busy show with lots of visitors and exhibitors. We received a decent amount of quality enquiries from interested visitors and we’re looking forward to following these up.

 We shared a stand with Royal Distributors Inc. (RDI). RDI are the exclusive supplier of Herga products in North America and also distribute position, pressure and temperature sensors for Variohm. The below photo shows Terry and Alma Ferstle from RDI on the stand at Sensors Expo.

Sensors Expo is held in San Jose California at the McEnery Convention Centre. It brings together the world’s leading engineers and developers, allowing them to share design ideas, discuss sensing challenges and find sensor solutions.
