A new enhanced process to gather customer feedback Eurosensor is pleased to announce the implementation of a new and improved process for gathering customer feedback to support our ISO 9001 accreditation in Quality Management Systems. As part of Variohm Group, we are aligned with and committed to its strategy for continuous improvement and delivering value to our customers. Continuous improvement is a principle we embrace as a component manufacturer. To achieve this, we recognise the importance of our customers' views and experiences with the services we offer. Starting in July 2024, we will reach out to customers who have recently requested a quote or placed an order, inviting them to complete an online survey. This initiative is designed to gather valuable insights directly from our customers, helping us refine and enhance our services. The survey will feature one mandatory and one optional question: Mandatory question: On a scale of 0 - 10, how likely are you to recommend us? Optional question: Any supporting comments for your score? All feedback received will be reviewed regularly as part of our broader strategy for gathering customer feedback. This process will be complemented by an in-depth annual survey, ensuring we maintain a continuous dialogue with our customers and make informed improvements.
