Meet us at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2025

Visit stand A60 to see the latest product releases from Variohm Group.

This includes the ELHM linear position sensor, which utilises Hall Effect technology to deliver reliable performance in harsh environment position measurement applications. This compact, 9.5 mm diameter sensor is particularly suited to arduous, high duty cycle position feedback and is sealed to IP68, making it suitable for use in wet and hostile conditions. A fully bespoke design service is available, including custom stroke lengths, spring return, mounting, cable, and connector options.

Also on the stand will be the new CTU Series cable extension transducer from sister company CPI, which is available in 4 stroke lengths ranging from 120 mm to 1270 mm. This component is a cost-effective solution for OEMs and is commonly used in automation systems, robotics, and quality control for precise monitoring of machine components, material handling, and assembly processes. It offers outstanding repeatability and linearity, rugged construction, versatile mounting options, and a free release mitigated design.

Another recent product launch on display will be the MXP range of micro rotary sensors. These lightweight and compact sensors have an outside diameter of just 30 mm and feature Hall Effect technology with programmable angles from 30° to 360° and IP68 sealing.

These products will be showcased alongside Eurosensor’s comprehensive range of sensors for diverse manufacturing environments, including position, pressure, temperature, load, and force sensors. These solutions enhance quality control, ensure safety, and streamline production by providing real-time data insights that allow manufacturers to make informed decisions, prevent downtime, and maximise productivity.
