We were approached by a manufacturer of aerospace filtration systems who needed a pressure switch for integration into air filtration systems on heavy-lift military helicopters.

The requirement: a compact, robust pressure switch capable of withstanding vibration, rapid pressure changes, and harsh environmental conditions, while ensuring absolute reliability.

We delivered a custom miniature, ultra-sensitive pressure switch weighing under 10 grams. It operates from +5°C to +65°C, with a field-adjustable set point ranging from 0.03” H2O to 25 psi.  Housed in rugged polycarbonate and with a mechanical life of over 20 million cycles, it met the technical demands of the application, ensuring continuous monitoring of airflow integrity during flight.
