With Alloy and Stainless Steel versions available, and the option of hermetically sealed, you can choose a construction that suits your application.  The Stainless Steel, Hermetically sealed version is well suited to applications in harsh environments.

The BM8D Shear Beam Load Cell

The BM8D Shear Beam load cell is from Zemic and is constructed of Stainless Steel. It is hermetically sealed to an IP68 standard and has OIML approval. It comes in C3, C4, C5 and C6 levels of accuracy.  Capacity starts at 150kg and goes up to 10t.  2mV and 3mV options are available and can also be specified with ATEX certification if required.  There are mounting hardware options available for the BM8D Shear Beam Load cell if you need feet or load cell mounts to suit the application.

The 3410 Shear Beam Load Cell

The 3410 Shear Beam Load Cell is from our supplier Vishay. It is low profile and has been designed for high accuracy platform scales, pallet scales and process weighing applications. The capacity for the 3410 Shear Beam Load Cell is 250kg – 2000kg and 1000lbs to 4000lbs. It has a stainless steel construction and is IP67 protection rated. A hazardous area approval and FM approval are both optional extras with the 3410 Shear Beam Load Cell.

The H8C Shear Beam Load Cell

The H8C Shear Beam Load Cell is from our supplier Zemic. It is constructed from nickel plated alloy steel and is IP67 protection rated. It has high accuracy and high reliability. It is suitable for platform weighing and bed weighing. The capacity for the H8C shear beam load cell is 100kg – 10t and comes in C3, C4 and C5 levels of accuracy.
