Variohm and Ixthus at Sensors and Instrumentation

Earlier this month, we attended the Sensors and Instrumentation show with Ixthus Instrumentation, another of the companies within the Variohm Holdings Group.

The first day was fairly busy and we found we got quite a few good quality enquiries. The second day was slower but overall we found that the show was worth going to.

What Products were popular at Sensors and Instrumentation?

Between the two companies we were exhibiting our full product range including position, pressure, load, vibration and temperature. We found that our most popular products at Sensors and Instrumentation were our range of position and pressure sensors.

The most popular Ixthus products were the Metrix range of vibration sensors and the Kaman range.

Our stand was managed by our Group Sales Director Graham Pattison and Position sales engineer Salvatore Cannata from Variohm and Michel Spronk from Ixthus on the first day. Sales Manager Pat Goodridge and Pressure Sales Engineer Mark Rowbotham from Variohm and Tony Stoyles from Ixthus looked after the stand on the second day.

As the show was targeted at sensors, we found that visitors came with specific enquires, this meant we could help them with application advice and recommendations.

Variohm have attended this show in the past and we tend to find that, although there is not a huge amount of enquiries, the ones we do get are for very specific application requirements making them good quality and well worth getting.
