PSF103 adjustable pressure switch

The PSF103 Pressure Switch is configurable to your requirements with several process connections to choose from. It has a polyurethane diaphragm as standard or an optional Teflon diaphragm. The PSF103 Pressure Switch can be pre-set to your specific requirements.  The Hysteresis of the PSF103 is ideal for pump control.

Other features of the PSF103 are;

• Small and Lightweight
• Adjustable range 3" H2O to 60 psi.
• Maximum proof pressure of 70 psi.
• Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) microswitch up to 15AMP 125/250VAC.

PSF100A Pressure Switch

The PSF100A is a rugged pressure switch whilst still being ultra-sensitive. It has a patented shock and vibration approved design. When it is subjected to shock or vibration, one contact remains open, so the circuit cannot close in error. Like the PSF103, the PSF100A as a polyurethane diaphragm as standard or a Teflon diaphragm is optional. The PSF100A has 15psi proof pressure for units where setpoint is greater than 3.0" H2O.

Other features of the PSF100A Pressure Switch are;

• SPST      Normally open contact, double make and double break
• Quick      response
• Small and      lightweight; less than 10 grams
• AC/DC – 30V or less with resistive load
• More than      20 million cycles
• Rugged Military Standard (MIL-SPEC)
• Every switch is leak tested and adjusted.

PS100/PS160 Pressure Switch

The PS100/PS160 Pressure Switch can be used on Pressure, Vacuum and Differential Pressure. It has a large diameter diaphragm for very low-pressure applications. It can be factory preset to your requirements or field adjustable models are available. The PS100/PS160 Pressure switch has been rigorously tested and rated to meet UL-508/UL-353 pilot duty requirements.

Other features of the PS100/PS160 Pressure Switch are;

• Setpoints from 0.07" to 5.0" H2O
• 1 psi  proof pressure
• Single Pole Double Throw microswitch.      
• Rated to 5A 125/250V AC
• Lightweight
• Silver contact points
