Cathy's Level 7 in Human Resource Management

If you have been keeping up-to-date with our blog posts you will have noticed that we have many employees regularly completing training.

Well, this month is no different! We are congratulating Cathy Donoghue on completing her Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management.

What did the Diploma in Human Resource Management involve?

The Human Resource Management course revolves around learning about HR law, best practice as well as employee engagement. Cathy was able to complete the course by attending some classes and doing lots of distance learning.

Cathy’s new Human Resource and Management qualification will help her to lead the HR function here at Variohm and across the Variohm Holdings Group. It will also help her to train and develop our employees, which will in turn improve our customer service.

Variohm supported Cathy through her qualification not only by paying for the course but also by exposing her to HR. This enabled her to put her studying into practice and use her knew knowledge and skills. The Human Resource Management course was accredited by CIPD.
