A Temperature Probe is a type of temperature sensor and part of our product range here at Variohm. Temperature Probes are available in different shapes and sizes to make them well suited to different applications and industries.
The different types of temperature probe can measure temperature in different ways. Surface Temperature Probes are attached to the surface of an object in order to measure the temperature. Other types can be submerged in liquid or screwed into place to ensure correct temperature measurement.
Temperature Probes will often measure the change in voltage or electrical current of an object and convert this into a format which is monitored by the user. This is how many different types of probes work.
Within our range of temperature probes we have standard configurations and customisable options. Our standard temperature probes are often used within the medical industry.
