Offering employees the chance to study and progress with their careers is something we strongly believe in here at Variohm, it’s great to have such a qualified team.

What did the CIM Diploma in Marketing Involve?

To complete her CIM Diploma in Marketing, Alison has been attending evening classes every week through Oxford College of Marketing. The evening classes covered the basics of the course but wider reading and research was also involved to pass. For each module Alison was assigned a tutor who she could email for help and advice with assignments and upcoming exams. There was also an online community with discussion boards for students to discuss their experiences.

Support From Variohm

Variohm have support Alison through her CIM Diploma in marketing by allowing her to modify her working hours to accommodate for evening classes and exams. Also some of the modules in this course required access to company information, which we gave her. We supported her through each module.

How has studying Marketing progressed Alison’s Career?

This has been a busy year for Alison, before studying for the CIM Diploma in Marketing, Alison spent a year completing the CIM Certificate in Marketing.
